Product Details

The Closed Suction Catheter is a suctioning device to remove secretions from patients receiving mechanical ventilation.
Soft and smooth blue suction tip reduces damage to mucous membranes.
Allows simultaneous mechanical ventilation and suctioning.
PU protective sleeve prevents cross infection and protects caregivers.
Double swivel connectors reduce strain on ventilator tubing.
Easy operation with wedge disconnect and clip functions.
Compatible with tracheostomy tubes of various lengths, with depth markers for proper insertion.
Color coded rings for fast recognition.

Suctioning Procedure

Caution: Always use the recommended vacuum levels. Consider length of suctioning time.

Grip the three-way adaptor and feed the suction catheter into the tube to required depth (visible depth markers).
Depress the vacuum control valve to apply suction when at desired position.
Remove catheter until protective sleeve is straight.
Repeat as necessary.
